In a bizarre incident, a Paris Police officer responded Tuesday to the Lamar County Sheriff’s Office after receiving a call that a female suspect, later identified as Tamaron Dayshawn Robinson, 29, had entered the lobby at approximately 9:09 pm and stolen a framed picture of Sheriff Scott Cass from the wall of the lobby.
The officer went to the area and located Robinson walking in the 200 block of W. Washington. She was still in possession of the stolen picture. The officer recovered the picture and returned it to Lamar County Sheriff’s Office Staff.
With previous convictions, Robinson was arrested and charged with Theft of Property under $100.00. She was booked and placed in the county jail. Robinson has a history of criminal trespass arrests, three just in 2024, and has a conviction for theft and aggravated assault with a deadly weapon.
