Greenville Police Announce Traffic Plan Following July 4th Festivities

The Greenville Police Department has outlined a traffic flow plan for residents and visitors following the July 4th Fireworks Show and Bottle Rocket Bash. Here are the details:

  • Vehicles on the Westbound Service Road and exiting parking lots of Lowes, Academy, and Hobby Lobby will be directed to enter the Interstate.
  • Traffic exiting the Sports Park will be directed South on Sayle St., then Westbound on the Service Road to Monty Stratton.
  • Northbound traffic on Sayle St. between the Service Road and Kari Ln will be directed East on Kari Ln.
  • Westbound traffic on Kari Ln. will be directed North on Sayle St.
  • Northbound Monty Stratton will be closed to traffic between the Service Road and Lions Lair, except for residents of Stratton Place.

Additionally, Paris Junior College and Quality ER parking lots will be closed and unavailable for fireworks viewing. Quality ER remains open for emergencies with limited access to the parking lot.

The Greenville Police Department urges everyone to adhere to these traffic plans to ensure a safe and enjoyable 4th of July holiday for all.
